Business Income Tax Services
MEKA will prepare the appropriate return for your business (Schedule C, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990,etc.) along with its corresponding state and local filings. During the four quarters of your business year, we will assist you in assessing if estimated tax payments are due. All information in the returns will be thoroughly explained to you and you will be advised of the steps necessary for filing including electronic filing of your federal return.

World Class Payroll Services

Payroll Deluxe: Through our comprehensive payroll program, we provide clients with reasonably priced payroll services including unlimited pay frequency options, direct deposit for employees, direct debit and tax payment for employers and payroll tax return submission. Outside contractors and “Corp to Corp” transactions can be accommodated and W2/1099 issuance is included.
Basic Payroll: This level of service is designed for the single employee/owner business in which payroll is taken on an "as needed" basis.
IRS E-Services Available
MEKA is authorized to secure from the IRS transcripts of prior tax returns, "proof" of prior filings, transactions done in the IRS under your EIN, copies of W-2's and 1099's issued to your EIN(s) and other information retrieval options should this service become necessary to you.
